Safety is our top priority. Core Plugtul products have passed relevant international safety certifications, including UL or ETL certification in the United States and cUL certification in Canada. You can find specific certification marks on the product detail pages or directly on the products themselves.

Absolutely. For wholesale pricing, please send your item details and quantities to support@plugtul.com. We'll be happy to provide discount information within 48 hours.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Non-returnable items:

  • Counterfeit product
  • Purchased from unauthorized retailer
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
  • On sale items or gift cards.


We do not charge a transaction fee for returns, but return shipping costs for non-merchandise quality issues are the responsibility of the customer.

You can cancel or modify your order before it is processed by contacting our support team. Unfortunately, once the order is shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

No, we do not have a minimum order quantity for retail products. You can purchase even a single unit.

For wholesale and custom (OEM) products, a minimum order quantity does apply. The specific quantity varies depending on the product and customization requirements. Please contact our support team at support@plugtul.com for detailed information.

  • USA: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders of $30 or more. Orders under $30 incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99.

Note: We are unable to deliver to the following addresses at this time: Guam, Palau, Puerto Rico, United States Virgin Islands, Inter-American Armed Forces, European Armed Forces, Pacific Armed Forces and outside the United States

  • Other countries: Please contact our support team at support@plugtul.com for a custom shipping quote before placing your order.

We currently maintain inventory in both Mainland China and the United States. Orders shipped to U.S. addresses will be dispatched directly from our U.S. warehouse within 1-3 business days.

Orders for all other countries or regions will be fulfilled from our China warehouse. Customers outside the U.S. are required to contact us before placing an order to confirm final shipping costs and delivery timelines.
