OEM Program FAQ
For custom (OEM) products, a minimum order quantity does apply. The specific quantity varies depending on the product and customization requirements. Please contact our support team at support@plugtul.com for detailed information.
All OEM orders are shipped from our manufacturing facility in Mainland China. Production and shipping timelines vary based on order volume and customization requirements, so we are unable to provide a fixed timeline here. For a detailed schedule and delivery estimate, please contact our support team.
We accept the following payment methods for all orders: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and bank wire transfers.
- For new customers, a 30% deposit is required to initiate production, with the balance due before shipment.
- Established customers may qualify for a 20% deposit, with the balance payable after shipment.
- Please note that payment terms (net 30) are currently not available. All orders require deposit payment as outlined above.
